BETA-TERMS-2026-08-27-v2
Controlled beta participation terms
1. Organiser
The controlled beta is organised by ART-IUS Tanácsadó és Szolgáltató Betéti Társaság, registered office 7625 Pécs, Szőlő utca 33., Hungary; company registration no. 02-06-065784; tax no. 20103253-1-02. Regulated Infinity Labs is the product/development brand used on the site.
2. Participation and limited licence
Participation is personal, voluntary and limited to adults with an issued tester code. The organiser grants only a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the supplied pre-release package for the assigned beta testing. No ownership or other product rights are transferred.
3. Confidentiality and no redistribution
Non-public beta material must be kept confidential. Do not forward or publish the tester code, application package, test materials, screenshots, non-public product information or test results outside the authorised reporting channel. Do not reverse engineer or circumvent access controls except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
4. Testing conduct
Use only non-sensitive material. Do not submit credentials, secrets, personal data or confidential third-party content. Record failures, assistance and abandoned tasks accurately; positive feedback is not required.
5. Feedback
You retain rights in your pre-existing material. For feedback, issue descriptions, suggestions and observations submitted through the beta, you grant the organiser a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use and adapt that feedback for product development, quality assurance, support and related business purposes.
6. Independence
Participation creates no employment, agency, university status, academic advantage, purchasing commitment or endorsement. Any separately stated compensation is for participation effort and may not depend on favourable feedback.
7. Pre-release risk
The beta package is unfinished software. Do not rely on it for production, safety-critical or confidential work. Keep appropriate backups and use a non-critical test context.
8. End of access
Access may be closed, codes may be rotated and the test package may be replaced. At the end of participation or on request, retained non-public beta material must be deleted unless separate preservation is authorised.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
